Individualized Medical Weight Loss Plan

We will work with you on your weight loss journey, to create a customized medical weight loss program that will meet your specific weight loss goals.

Plans include a physical exam, lab work (separate fee), 1-month supply of oral medication or Semaglutide injections, weekly weigh ins, and follow up appointments with the weight loss provider.

Body Sculpting

We offer non-invasive body sculpting procedures, to help tone various areas of the body. Not all body sculpting techniques have to involve surgical procedures. As the weight comes off, or if your weight is where you want it to be, adding some sculpting techniques to your body, will only enhance your outward appearance. The most common areas where the body sculpting is utilized are the arms, abdomen, glutes, and thighs.

Initial Visit

An initial in-person appointment is required to begin your medical weight loss journey!

Telehealth Services

Sometimes there are obstacles to coming into a medical office, but help is still available. After the initial in-person exam, we can meet you over a HIPAA compliant connection for some of the follow up weight loss visits.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit card, Apple Pay, & HSA or FSA. We also offer Care Credit and After Pay. We do not accept/bill to medical insurance.
